<p>Karnibahar ciceklerini birbirinden ayirip yikiyoruz ve suzgece koyuyoruz.</p>
<p>Zeytinyagimizi yayvan bir tencereye ekleyelim, soganlarimizi ufak ufak dogradiktan sonra, kiymamizi ilave edip her ikisinide guzelce kavuruyoruz.</p>
<p>Kup dogranmis domateslerimizi ilave edip, seker, tuz, karabiber, tatli kirmizi toz biber ile tatlandiriyoruz.</p>
<p>Havuclarimizi diledigimiz sekilde kesip, tencereye  aliyoruz , yarim cay bardagi sicak suyumuzuda ilave edip,</p>
<p>resimde gordugunuz gibi , etli karisim asagida kalacak sekilde, karnibahar ciceklerini ustune diziyoruz.</p>
<p>Bu asamadan sonra asla yemegi karistirmiyoruz !!!!</p>
<p>Kisik ateste karnibaharlarimiz yumusayincaya kadar pisiriyoruz.</p>
<p>Servis ederken, dikkatlice yemegin altindan kasikla alarak (birbirine karistirmayin! ) tabagimiza aliyoruz.</p>
<p>Son derece hafif (kalori degeri dusuk, besin degeri yuksek), lezzetli, goze ve damaga hitap eden yemek.</p>
<p>Arzu eden yogurtla ikram edebilir.</p>

<p>Sol ustte gordugunuz, benim mutfagimda cok severek kullandigim cesnili tuz. Almanyada Yugoslav tuzu diyorlar ve Turk marketlerde mevcut. ABD&#8217;de ise Arap marketlerde bulabilirsiniz. Turkiye&#8217;de varmi? hic bilmiyorum, bilen varsa yazsin bana lutfen.</p>
<p>Icinde sarmisak ve baskin olan hic bir baharat yok. Corbalarda, ana yemeklerde bazen sadece vegeta&#8217;yi bazende biraz tuz biraz ondan ilavesiyle yemeklerimi tatlandiririm.</p>
