Hawaiian Chicken Breast

INGREDIENTS

  • -Boneless Chicken Breast (One chicken breast per person)
  • -Either fresh or canned sliced pineapple
  • -Salt and pepper
  • -Shredded or sliced mozzarella or provolone
  • -Oil
  • -1 cup liquid cream

PREPARATION

  • Wash and dry chicken breasts.
  • Apply salt and pepper on both sides.
  • Fry both sides in oil. Place the fried chicken breasts on ovenware
  • Pour the liquid cream into the pan that you have fried the chicken breasts.
  • Add some salt and pepper. Boil it a little bit. Then, pour this mixture on to the chicken breasts.
  • Cover the chicken breasts with sliced pineapples.
  • Put the shredded mozzarella on the chicken breasts.
  • Then, leave the meal in the oven which is set to 350 F (180 C) until the cheese on them starts to get crispy.

NOTES

If you like, you can cover the fried chicken breasts with two layers of slices pineapples. Also, you may serve with rice.
