TURKEY BURGER
-1kg (2.2 lbs) minced turkey or chicken
-1 egg
-5 tablespoon powdered dry bread crumbs
-1 medium size onion (shredded or chopped)
-parsley (chopped)
-salt, pepper and red pepper
Put minced turkey (chicken) into a container, add all the other ingredients and knead it.
Make pieces in any size you like. Then, grill or fry.
After you grill (fry), it will be more delicious if you leave them as covered for 5-6 minutes.
You may serve with spaghetti with walnut. Apply butter to the boiled spaghetti, and add some walnut.
You may add cheese as well.
You may also grill onion covered with aluminum foil, tomato and green pepper
